Jueves, Marzo 1st, 2007: Soldier Up! March On!

Hola Gente! If anyone noticed, forgive me for not posting news articles about humane rights and related concerns as much as before in these times to online groups I belng to and to those to whom I write personally via Emails. Please understand that time is a tyrant and one must keep a focus on one's priorities in life in the here and now of connected reality.
These days I am working full-time as a Counselor/Case Manager at the local Salvation Army Shelter in Downtown Sacramento and am usually there just about every day. I am learning a lot about human nature, about people coping with life under extreme stress and in many ways a lot about the sick society we live in HERE NOW inside the United States and the criminal neglect of the present fascist government.
I myself have been homeless before and have a lot of empathy for domestic refugees ~ our so-called 'homeless people' inside the richest country in the world called the United States of America!

I realize now more than ever how so many people who belong to different online groups, who daily continue with their endless postings about current news events in are really reporting about the news as real news reporters or are only repeating the news via the Internet. There needs to be a lot more real independent analysis. It does not take a genius to Google a subject.
Plus, we need to not be afraid to get personal and share with others whom we have never met face-to-face about what is going in our daily lives. We may find that we have a lot more in common with others who may be real strangers than we first thought. After all, how many of your dear friends were once strangers?
The Internet has spawned a kind of high-tech caste of privileged persons on the Internet who have computers online and who are safe and comfortable in their own homes. Of course, the Internet has been a great blessing for humane activists in order to help raise consciousness, share vital information and coordinate activities, yet it has its real limitations.
We should never forget the value of personal one-on-one face-to-face direct conversations in order for us to come together and brainstorm together.
I come home after a long hard work day of doing what little I can to help homeless people and see how so much of our group postings are usually about current events outside of the USA and usually ignore the objective realities in our own local communities. The USA is certainly not Disneyland for millions of poor oppressed Americans.
Humane activists should see the Internet media as a major form of potential mass education for us to increase communications on a global level. However, many of our people, at least the ones we should be reaching to in our community work, are not even online and do not have regular Internet Access online.
Many of our people are functional illiterates, that is, they can function in society on a day-to-day basis in their lives, but they cannot really read and write well.
The People's Liberation Movement is virtually non-existent in the lives of the vast majority of Americans. Too many of our so-called leaders are afraid to lead, afraid to expose themselves and afraid to take a strong stand on critical humane rights issues in their communities, at their daily work places and in their own homes.
A lot of the 'what is to be done' is basically simple:
1. Seize the time to raise consciousness and join a leading vanguard group or start one of your own.
2. Make basic community education and voter registration a key part of your daily life and of your interaction with others in your life.
3. Reach out to new people, new groups and new radical organizations as we all share our experiences in class-cultural struggles.
For starters, we must master the Power of the Word and leave how to use the Power of the Word in harmony with the Power of Action.
We must always help raise mass consciousness among the people about the strategy and tactics of social liberation in our own version of Jihad HERE NOW inside the brain of the beast. We strive to exhaust all legal, moral and peaceful methods of resistance, but we must come to fathom our collective struggle as a true liberation war with many forms of combat, including peaceful civil disobedience in our native resistance. Nevertheless, grasp the fact that total combat is to attack from all lines, all angles and all trajectories.
To echo, once the intelligent commander understands the basic strategy the tactics applicable to his or her general situation is 'a product of the imagination alone'!
